Data Deletion Instructions

You are in control of your data. This page explains how to disconnect platforms, request deletion of specific data, or delete your Marketing Lead Manager account entirely. These instructions apply to all data we hold, including data accessed from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and advertising platforms.
Option 1: Disconnect a connected platform
- Sign in to Marketing Lead Manager.
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Select the platform (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Ads) and choose Disconnect.
- We immediately revoke the stored access token and stop accessing that platform. Associated data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days of your request; otherwise it follows the standard retention schedule.
You can also revoke our access directly from the platform, for example, on Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
Option 2: Delete your account
- Sign in and go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
- All connected platforms are disconnected and your personal data and connected-platform data are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., billing and tax records, kept for 6 years).
Option 3: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, including:
- Your account email and business name.
- Which data you want deleted (a specific platform's data, or all of it).
We will verify your identity, process the request, and confirm completion within 30 days.
Meta data deletion callback
If you remove our app from your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta sends us a data deletion request automatically. We process it, delete the associated data, and provide a confirmation that you can track. If you need a status update on such a request, contact [email protected] with your confirmation code.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens and connection records.
- Messages, conversations and contact records synced from connected platforms.
- Content, campaigns, leads, pipeline records and notes tied to the deleted scope.
- Personal account information (on full account deletion).
Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing/tax) are retained only for the required period. For the full category-by-category timeline, see the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
